What is a podcast?
A podcast is a media file that is distributed by subscription over the Internet using syndication feeds, for playback on mobile devices and personal computers. Like 'radio', it can mean both the content and the method of syndication.

What do I need to listen to your podcast?
What you need is a piece of software called a podcast receiver. Perhaps the most popular is iTunes. iTunes has podcast receiving software built right into it, and is a free to download.
